For a single, all-inclusive fee, we provide:

• Drafting & Filing of Company Constitution and Form A1
  We prepare your company’s Constitution and complete Form A1, the core incorporation form. These are filed directly with the Companies Registration Office (CRO).

• Uploading Signed Documents & CRO Fee Payment
  Once you sign the documents, we upload everything to the CRO portal on your behalf and pay the €50 CRO registration fee — included in the price.

• Company Documentation Pack for Bank Account Setup
  Upon successful registration, we send you a full company documents pack, including your Certificate of Incorporation, Constitution, and Company Register, ready to use when opening a business bank account.

• Registering Shareholders with the RBO
  We handle your Beneficial Ownership registration with the Register of Beneficial Owners (a legal requirement in Ireland), ensuring full compliance.

• Revenue Registration for Corporation Tax, PAYE & VAT
  Once your company is formed, we take care of registering it with Revenue for:

  • Corporation Tax

  • PAYE (Employer Tax) (if required)

  • VAT (if required)
